  • Memberships are auto-billed monthly and have a 6 month commitment.
  • Memberships will continue after the commitment period until the member chooses to pause or cancel.
  • Membership sessions do not roll-over to the next month.

How you can prepare, revise, and cancel your appointment.

Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy: If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Eliana reserves the right to charge a fee equal to 50% of the value of the scheduled service for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours of notice. “No call and no shows” will be billed 100% of the value of the scheduled service.
